Doesn't really seem to be worth its own thread, but I couldn't think of a good place to post it, so...

All main stages and Game Land stages have a time limit of 2:30, 4:50, 6:27, or 8:09. Each type of boss has its own time limit; the Tropical Resort Ferris Wheel style has a 3:20 time limit, the Sweet Mountain style has a 6:05 time limit, the Starlight Carnival style has a 5:33 limit, and the final boss has an 8:02 limit.

For the time bonus, it varies depending on the time limit, but it always starts at X amount and decreases by Y once every second:

...And yeah, they're seriously weird numbers like "6:27" and "465000". I have no idea why.

Hopefully someone finds this useful. It wouldn't be the first time I spent a bunch of time on something and no one cared... >_>

we totally need to get this topic going as an SA topic:

Quick Step Bonus maxes at 100k (100 QSs), according to Umby.

I believe Rocket bonus ends at 405k (5 'full' uses, or 15 score ticks) (PW5 testing... don't think levels change anything, but should be noted)

frenzy is 400k (50 ticks) (AC5)

All "regular" bonuses (quick-steps, drifting, etc.) cap at 100,000 and all wisp bonuses cap at 400,000.

It all depends on the difficulty of the stage/boss. For example the final boss gives you so much time because it's pritty hard(for first timers). Because eggman takes a little while to load his attack. That's why they give you so much time.

^Miles said weird. This means they aren't whole times/numbers, like 1:00, or at the very least 5:30; having 8:09 is weird, not long. We aren't complaining about the length.
